Extremely Important Notice:
We ALWAYS recommend not to re-fill the supercharger oil from the oil plugs (this is a sub-standard way to do it), but to remove the alloy casings from the pulley end and the water pump end ONCE YOU HAVE THE CHARGER ON YOUR BENCH. This is where you can fully check if there are any metal filings/grindings and check with your eye the condition of the gears in both ends. Just filling through the removable 3/16 AF Allen key filler plug will not allow this. You need to inspect the gears and thoroughly clean all the areas inside. Once cleaned apply gasket sealer and reassemble the two alloy ends. Also you will need to remove the outlet horn (to clean inside the charger) so will need to be replaced (included in this kit) the once only use metal outlet horn gasket we supply.
THIS KIT INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:
- 2x Top Quality 304 British Made Stainless steel jubilee By Pass Valve hose clamps replacing the awkward original clamps
- 1x water pump O Ring to block
- 1 x Crank Position Sensor O Ring
- 1x water pump O Ring so you can replace the O Ring behind the water pump fitting flange as these can weep coolant when the O ring is stiff, perished and old.
- 1x O Ring for your often leaking dip stick tube
- By Pass Valve link pipe silicone hose (comes in black only) – Let me know if yours is an auto, as the Bypass tube is longer
- 1x 76mm Top Quality 304 British Stainless steel air box hose jubilee clip replacing the awkward original clamp
- You will need to purchase your own gasket sealer for the chamber re-assembly (not shown) – No need to remove the fill up plug holes.
- No 3/16” AF Allen key, as we do not support or encourage filling the chambers by the plug holes. The chambers NEED to be thoroughly cleaned out of crud, metal debris & swarf – fact not fiction.

The oil, 2x large O Rings, 2x small O Rings, syringe tube comes in a heat sealed bag, and the green inlet gaskets, the outlet metal gasket and syringe comes separate in the box.
Everything is sent in a sealed square cardboard box marked fragile for security and handling.
